Anti-Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Statement
1. OUR COMMITMENT
Go Viral, operated by Unicorn Technologies ("Go Viral," "we," "us," or "our"), maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, modern slavery, forced labor, sexual exploitation, child exploitation, coercion, and related abuse. We are committed to operating the Platform ethically and in compliance with applicable anti-trafficking, anti-exploitation, and child-safety laws.
This Statement forms part of the Go Viral legal/compliance framework and should be accessible from the Platform's Legal section and public website.
2. PROHIBITED USE OF THE PLATFORM
Users may not use Go Viral to:
- Facilitate, promote, coordinate, solicit, advertise, or financially benefit from human trafficking, forced labor, modern slavery, prostitution, escort services, or sexual exploitation.
- Exploit, coerce, threaten, confine, deceive, or control another person for content creation, labor, sexual activity, financial gain, or Platform participation.
- Upload or distribute content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, or other child exploitation.
- Use forced, coerced, deceptive, or exploitative labor in producing content or operating an account.
- Use Tokens, tips, Go Viral Live, messaging, payouts, or other Platform features to conceal, facilitate, finance, or launder proceeds connected to trafficking or exploitation.
- Sell, transfer, trade, or control accounts, access, identity documents, or content as part of trafficking, exploitation, or coercive activity.
3. AGE, IDENTITY, AND CONSENT SAFEGUARDS
Go Viral is an 18+ Platform for both Fans and Creators. Account creation is subject to the Platform's age attestation requirements. Creators are responsible for ensuring that every person depicted in uploaded content is an adult and has consented to the recording and distribution of their likeness.
Creator payout identity verification and KYC are performed through the Platform's designated third-party payout provider. Go Viral is designed not to store Creator bank details, Social Security numbers, or identity-document scans.
4. REPORTING, BLOCKING, AND SAFETY CONTROLS
Users should report suspected exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or related abuse through the in-app reporting system or the published safety contact. The Platform's standard report categories include Spam, Harassment, Nudity, Violence, Copyright, Fraud, and Impersonation. Users may select the most applicable category and provide additional context where available.
Go Viral also provides a Block User / Unblock User control so a user can stop further direct interaction with an abusive account while a report is reviewed.

5. CHILD EXPLOITATION AND CSAM
Go Viral prohibits CSAM and all sexual exploitation of minors. When Go Viral becomes aware of apparent child sexual exploitation or other reportable child-safety material, Go Viral will preserve relevant information and make reports or disclosures to NCMEC, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities when required or permitted by applicable law.
Go Viral may immediately remove or disable access to content, suspend access, preserve evidence, and restrict accounts where necessary to protect users, preserve evidence, or comply with law.
6. LAW-ENFORCEMENT AND LEGAL COOPERATION
Go Viral responds to valid legal process and may preserve or disclose information where required by applicable law, court order, subpoena, emergency process, or other lawful request. Go Viral may also make voluntary reports where permitted by law when there is a good-faith basis to believe that a person faces imminent danger, trafficking, sexual exploitation, or serious abuse.
This Statement does not promise automatic external reporting of every Platform-policy violation. Reporting and disclosure decisions are based on applicable law, the facts available, user safety, and the nature of the suspected conduct.
7. PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT
Suspected trafficking, slavery, coercion, sexual exploitation, or child exploitation may result in immediate investigation and protective action without prior warning. Depending on the evidence and severity, Go Viral may:
- Remove or restrict content.
- Suspend or permanently terminate an account.
- Disable monetization, messaging, live-streaming, or payout functions where necessary for safety or compliance.
- Place authorized holds on transactions or payouts while fraud, exploitation, chargeback, legal, or compliance review is pending.
- Preserve relevant records and cooperate with legally authorized investigations.
Legitimate Creator earnings are not automatically forfeited merely because an account is investigated or disciplined. Any hold, reversal, adjustment, or nonpayment must be supported by the applicable Creator Agreement, transaction records, fraud or failed-delivery review, chargebacks, legal process, or other authorized basis.
8. SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, AND BUSINESS PARTNERS
Go Viral expects contractors, vendors, service providers, and business partners supporting the Platform to comply with applicable laws relating to forced labor, trafficking, exploitation, and workplace conduct. Go Viral may use risk-based diligence, contractual requirements, access controls, or termination rights where appropriate to the relationship and risk presented.
This Statement does not represent that Go Viral conducts a particular audit, certification, or supply-chain review unless that process has actually been implemented and documented.
9. TRAINING AND INTERNAL AWARENESS
Go Viral may provide role-appropriate guidance or training to personnel whose responsibilities include moderation, support, compliance, payments, or safety. Internal safety procedures may be updated as the Platform grows and as legal or operational requirements change.
Automated tools may assist with detection or prioritization, but they do not replace required human review, lawful process, or the Platform's documented moderation controls.
10. USER PRIVACY AND DATA MINIMIZATION
Safety and anti-trafficking enforcement must be implemented consistently with the Go Viral Privacy Policy. Go Viral does not collect precise location, biometric information, identity documents, or other sensitive information merely for speculative trafficking detection unless that collection is actually implemented, disclosed, legally justified, and reflected in the Platform's App Store privacy disclosures.
11. NO RETALIATION FOR GOOD-FAITH REPORTING
Go Viral prohibits retaliation through the Platform against a user who makes a good-faith report of suspected trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or abuse. Knowingly false or malicious reports may be addressed under the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
No online service can guarantee that trafficking or exploitation will never occur. Go Viral will continue to refine its reporting, moderation, safety, legal-response, and access-control procedures as the Platform evolves.
